• What version of the game are you using STEAM
• What kind of error do you get and at what time? CA public key patching routine failed. AND application load error 5:0000065434
• What operating system are you using? windows 10

I have tried to run steam as administrator ,the C&C online luncher as administrator and windows xp compatibility
