hi

Thank you for your help
I started C & C3 smoothly according to your practice
But I can not use that file to start KANE'WRATH
File I put here: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Command and Conquer 3 - Kane's Wrath \ RetailExe \ 1.2
Why?
Finally how do I use ONLINE to start RA3?
I can see RA3 LOGO but will not start

HI

Thanks for your reply I have received your file but we still can not start RA3
This is the error log
System: win7
RA3 Version: 1.12
Steam: Did you verify file integrity? (Yes)
This is what we are experiencing
I downloaded RA3Enabler.exe and placed the file in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Command and Conquer Red Alert 3
Installed it but the game still can not start through the C & C online will appear RA3 pattern, and then disappeared
We have confirmed that it can start in the steam but he will not appear C & C online program to enter the game.
Is my step wrong? Please help us

What?   Wait.   Did you run the installer or put it in that location?      Please run the exe file.     That should put the dll file in the right location.

Yes
We put d3d9 files and RA3.exe in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 \ Data
We installed RA3.exe
But the game becomes unable to open we do not know how to deal with
The game has been reinstalled and put into the file
We have no way to solve :(

Let's be clear.

You need to install the game.

Run the installer.

Running the installer should add d3d9.dll to C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 \ Data.

Does it?

If you remove d3d9.dll from there, does the game start normally?

Right, can you uninstall the game from Windows Control Panel and install it again?

RA3 is being installed
Should take some time
Wait until RA3 is installed
What should we do next?

Try to start the game without C&C:Online, to make sure it's installed properly.

If it starts, put d3d9.dll in Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 \ Data

Do not put anything else in there.

Try to start again and then report back.

We put d3d9 in (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 \ Data

Then RA3 can not be opened

Steam and C & Conline are the same

Can you start the game without d3d9.dll in place?    If not, you need to ask Steam Support.

The launcher cannot be opened?    Why are you trying to open that?
