When launching any of the C&C games (Excluding Generals and Zero-Hour) through steam they all happen to hang on the splash screen, with C&C online not responding!

I'm running Windows 10 (Creators Update), I suspect this might have something to do with this, as all was fine before I installed the creators update!

From what I've tried, I have gotten 2 different errors so far:

----- C&C:Online Launcher Start -----
Game: Red Alert 3
Red Alert 3 Install Path: D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\
ERROR: CreateProcess() failed to start D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\RA3.exe. Error: The requested operation requires elevation.
ERROR: Unable to launch Red Alert 3
----- C&C:Online Launcher Start -----
Game: Red Alert 3
Red Alert 3 Install Path: D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\
Started game with: ""D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\RA3.exe" "
Caught CREATE_PROCESS_DEBUG_EVENT from Red Alert 3. Detaching...
Thank you in advance for any help!

You need to run the launcher "as administrator". You can set that from the compatibility tab from the launcher shortcut properties. If you are using hooking, you can do that by setting the properties of the steam shortcut.
