Hello,

I got a problem with C&C Zero hour. If I create a game I cant switch the game speed or the start money. Any tips?

the topic is a year old and still no answer to this? i am facing same issue and im still waiting for an answer. even if i try to make research its for other mods.

I don't think you can change those settings if you have "record stats" turned on.    I am not a ZH player so maybe one will come along and confirm that, although given the input so far, maybe they won't.

I can confirm what ToxicShock said.

 

In Multiplayer

You cant change the start cash if you got "record stats" on.

You can only change the start cash with "record stats" off.

 

Also, there is no way to change the game speed for multiplayer matches.

 

 

However, if you mean in skirmish matches (offline matches) then you should definitely be able to change both the money and the game speed.

If you can't change either of them then you should check your Skirmish.ini in your documents folder.

 

The documents folder is located here : C:\[...]\[Computer Name]\Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data

 

Try to change the start cash and the FPS limit in that document manually.

If the changes apply Ingame after you restarted your game then the error should be fixed.

If not then try deleting your Skirmish.ini or try reinstalling the game.
