What version of the game are you using Normal version of C&C3 Tiberium Wars (through steam)

• What kind of error do you get and at what time? After installing C&C3 Tiberium Wars through steam, I have downloaded C&C:Online launcher (2.0.7). When trying to launch the game through the launcher file I always get the following error message "C&C3 installation not found"
• What operating system are you using? Windows 10 64 bit
• Your error log file. "----- C&C:Online Launcher Start -----
  Game: C&C3
  ERROR: C&C3 installation not found.
   
• Any help/ideas much appreciated!

Can you start the game wrong steam (without C&C:Online)?

 

If you can, please can you find where it is installed and post in here.      The problem might be your anti virus at work.      Can you try disabling it?

Yes if I online try to start the game through steam or through the cnc3.exe the game starts fine.

 

Location of c&c3 is D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars 

 

I don't have any external antivirus software set up, and just also disable windows default anti virus + firewall - still not starting the game with the same error message.

I've sent you a PM. That contains an installer for a file that we are testing as the new way of launching. We are not ready to release that to the public just yet.
