Hi everyone,

As relic forum seems dead, I thought it could be a good thing to create a new thread here for the tools I have made.

I wanted to copy the previous summary but I can't find it. If anyone did backup it that would be nice if he could send it to me.

Greetings

Adv Mod Explorer

Basic

The goal of this tool is to allow anyone to have a good view of the content of a mod. Basically, you load the ".module" file in the root folder and will see every file contained in the mod no matter if the file is on the disc or in an sga archive.

Features

  • view all dow formats with appropriate viewer (FFE, picture, 3D model,...)
  • extract reference files in local mod from archives to allow modding
  • perform mass replacement (and creation if needed) of files
  • ...

Attached File  ModExplorer_v0.01.png   96.88KB   0 downloads

Runnable files and sources can be downloaded from:

This is one of the most thorough and life/time -saving tools I have ever used.

If you get familiarised (which is easy), you get low-level control of onto you tasks.

Thanks a million for this man.

How does this differ from Corsix? What else can it do?
