Hi,

 

So a couple of things, not sure if they are related or not - 

 

when i try to launch Kane's wrath from C&C online i get the small splash screen appear over my desktop but then it doesn't launch any further.

 

And secondly, if I Launch KW through steam and then try to login it says 'could not connect to backend server' I get the message about 10 - 15 seconds after pushing login.

 

I have done the following:

Checked that I am using the exact spelling and correct lower and upper case letters in both the password and the server login name. 

I have checked that my IP is the correct one in the game options and I have also checked that hamachi is disabled.

I have checked the log file and nothing is stored in it.

 

I am running Windows 10 64Bit, 16Gb DDR4 Ram at 2333Mhz, I7-6700K, GTX 980Ti. I have the game on steam. I am currently just trying to launch the base game, although I do have multiple mod files through WrathEd Mod Launcher.

 

Any ideas?

I can very likely help you but please could you post your error log; see How to Report Issues  for instructions.

Having issues attaching the log to the reply, but the file is totally empty - just a blank txt file with a file size of 0 bytes.  I took a screen shot and tried to upload that instead.

You're clicking the KW button on the launcher and getting a blank log?    If that is what is happening (which is very unusual), I suggest you remove the launcher from Windows Control Panel and reinstall it.

 

Before you do that, could you confirm the name of the file you're looking at?

Just tried again to see if i could get anything to log and got this.

 

I tried once and it said CA Key issue and then again and i got the same no launch issue.
