I have installed C&C Ultimate Collection through Origin and am having issues in getting Kane's Wrath and Tiberium Wars to run following the splash screen. 

 

The splash screen loads and then following this I get a blue/black screen but can hear the sound in the background. The only way to return to desktop is by hitting the windows key and then terminating the program through task manager. My setup is as follows.

I have tried the various compatibility modes to no avail. 
 
I have also tried to run in windowed mode by setting the command line in Origin. 
 
I have installed the previous version of directx and this does not appear to have helped either.
 
Can anybody offer any help?

Please could you post the error log generated by the C&C:Online launcher; see How to Report Issues  for instructions.

I have checked the %TEMP% folder and there does not appear to be an error log file whatsoever. See attached.
