hello......sorry to bother u ) i realy could use your help i have a problem with red alert 3 and tried many thing still i couldn't sort it out 

 

whenever i try to login i get this error

 

'failed to connect to server make sure you have an active internet connection'

 

-i attached the cnc online dev diagnosis 

-in game network setting shows only one ip start 192.xxx i believe its my pc ip address

-yes i allowed cnc online and Ra3 to access through the fire wall

Did that launcher log come from launching on the Dev server?    Could you try again and use the production version of the launcher (which you can download from the C&C:Online web site and then post the log from that?
