The explanation given is not enough to absolve -MeN{T}aL`. In game chat it not, in my opinion, a good reason to team kill someone.
and i didn't team kill him he was still active in the game
Even though he still had a structure, what I saw in the replay is considered team killing.
I am confirming his report. Any penalty mitigation is up to ToxicShock.

Pervala has confirmed this report. This a first team kill conviction for -MeN{T}aL` and I will deal with this offence by issuing a formal warning: Any further offences of this nature are highly likely to result in a suspension from C&C:Online.
