Hello my friend has the same problem we tried everithing posted in this forum . The only thing we didnt do is deactivate firewall    But everytime the same error code

( unable to connect to other player(s)

. My game works fine from the start  and i have no problems . MIsterious

we play generals and zero hour  .He plays un win 8

NAT negotiation works with

[ToxicShock]

I guess you need to try deactivating the firewall while you try to connect.    You could check that there is an exception in the firewall for zero hour.  Sometimes portforwarding will help, despite the connection test saying that it is not necessary.      We can try that next.

thanks for the information  but disable firewall would not work  cant connect. 

wich port do we have to forward ??

In Zero Hour, you can forward all UDP to port 16000.        I am not able to access my Zero Hour from this computer (long story) but I believe you can set that in Options on the game.

Hello Port forwarding wont help we nearly retire .

i forgot to say that we have the origin version maybe it will help you to help us .
