I'm using the Origin version of the game. 

Everything works ok until we start the match, then I can't connect to anyone.

Using windows 10.

I can't seem to find error log file. Went to %TEMP% and CNCOnline_Log.txt.

The .bat file did work though:

I found a workaround. I use tunnlebear (vpn) and then everything works fine BUT It's slow so it's laggy in-game AND my progress isn't being recorded so I stay at 0 wins 0 loses etc. So I really wanna fix this.

Did you install this?   C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers

 

That is meant to help with P2P connections.

 

You could try setting up a static port (I believe in that game you can set Pt 16000 as a static port) and then forward all UDP to that port on your router.

Once I installed the launcher it was fixed, thanks! Was a bit confused though, because it said 'ultimate collection launcher' and I dont have the ultimate collection. But it worked anyways, awesome!
