I'm using the Origin version of the game.
Everything works ok until we start the match, then I can't connect to anyone.
Using windows 10.
I can't seem to find error log file. Went to %TEMP% and CNCOnline_Log.txt.
The .bat file did work though:

I found a workaround. I use tunnlebear (vpn) and then everything works fine BUT It's slow so it's laggy in-game AND my progress isn't being recorded so I stay at 0 wins 0 loses etc. So I really wanna fix this.
