my friend has the Command & Conquer™ Red Alert™ 3 and Uprising on origin so when ever he turns on the game it brings him to the launcher to select between the two games. His problem is that he can't use the CnC online launcher, so we tried hooking it and running the original RA3 exe as admin. but it still doesn't work.

I've sent you a PM with an experimental solution that I think will help here although the answer would have been that your friend needs to run the launcher as administrator before he hooked. Anyway, hopefully the solution I have will work better.
