Hoping to get my old stats back (not that they were any good!).

I don't have a record of that name so you should be able to go into a game and make the name as a new name (by logging in with it in the online id box). If it was a Generals or Zero hour name, you might have a record of the stats on your computer. You will find that data in the documents folder for the game in the GeneralsOnline folder. If you have that, I suggest you save it as we might be able to restore that some time down the road. I will close this topic now.
