Greetings. Yesterday I installed a copy of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars via Steam and followed the instructions for installing C&C Online. I have been successful in logging into C&C Online through the client but have an issue where each game is displayed with a red "Bad Connection" icon. Even when I try to create my own match to play with some friends I get the same issue. I have ran NATNegTest and everything came out as a success and no error has been detected within the error logs. This is also the only game where I get a bad connection issue and have not had any problems with other C&C titles such as Red Alert and Tiberian Sun and the gameplay is smooth. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has a tip/solution to resolving this issue.

A red ping is still usable.     Are you able to connect with other players?

That's another problem I forgot to mention. I am also unable to connect with others players after both players are ready. I tried hosting my own match and received some mixed results in the connections tab. Ultimately, I couldn't start the match.

Can you go to game's Settings -> Network -> IP Addresses and tell me which IP Addresses you can choose?

For the network options, I only have 1 IP (10.0.1.5) and the port is empty. The arrow under "Online IP" is darkened out.

I think this is a quality of service issue.    Try to use a wired connection rather than WiFi and make sure there is no source of electrical noise near the phone line or cabling from the street to your modem.     Check to see if there are any other processes using your bandwidth.
