Hi all, I just installed BFME 1 with patch 1.06 and had to add the Options.ini file in the AppData folder to make it work. I realize most people want to get rid of the intro movie but I have the opposite problem... Does patch 1.06 disable it and can it be enabled again?

It can, but I believe this part of the code is part of the version check, meaning you would not be able to play against other people.

Thanks for the info, so the option to enable the intro movies is coded so that I cannot manually enable/disable them?

You can, but if you do, you cannot play with other people.

I guess you're right, I didn't realize I am posting in the online subforum... At the moment I'm not interested in the multiplayer and want to know how to enable the movies if possible.
