Hello,

When I try to start the game, I don't get past the Tiberium Wars splash screen. Bibber's launcher is working and the hook is active. I've disabled my antivirus to run the game and turned off UAC. I've turned off cloud saves and the Origin In Game. I've tinkered with a bunch of compatibility settings with no luck. Win 10 Pro, Origin Ultimate Collection.
