I can no longer connect. When hit Log on in Kane's Wrath, I see a "[username] is now online" but after about 20 seconds I am told I cannot connect. My friend sees me go online during this time also.

I think I need to look in the server log to help with that. Please could you attempt to log in and then post in here immediately afterwards to so I can find the attempt more easily.
