Hello guys, I'm having some problem to connecting my game online.

1st problem I'm having was with GenTool v7.4: It shows up "You are running on a cracked binary that may cause ...". But I purchased this game legit on Origin including C&C The Ultimate Edition.

2nd problem was "Could not connect to Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Online" after key-in every details.

Additional info:

I'm currently running this game on Windows 10 x64 platform.

I'm bad in my English, let me know if you don't understand.

Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

I am afraid that the problem is not at your end. The problem is with your internet provider, TM Net. That provider blocks TCP port 6667 (peer chat), which these games need. That has been the case, even during the gamespy era. Your options are to change provider or to use a VPN. You should be able to find a free VPN easily (closer to you is better) but some are better than others so you might have to try a few. Google for one in your local area.

See this post for some options.

Here are some VPN services you can try:

surfeasy.com
privatetunnel.com
securitykiss.com

Yeah just found out that my ISP been blocking TCP port 6667 for years. Is there any possible to workaround on Router? Like port forwarding or even DMZ something...My last resort would be VPN.

No, I am afraid that your only options are to change provider or use a VPN.     Many people using your provider where you are located play successfully using a free VPN.
