I have problems with this game
1)After 30 sec start game.my building just destroyed
2)When I want start game with other players,my firewall gives an error message
help me pls

Are you using gentool? That can fix a problem with cracked game.dat files which can cause those problems.
There is another solution to the exploding buildings here; GenTool FAQ. That is not a problem caused by Gentool though.
What error message does your firewall give? Maybe you could make an exception for Zero Hour in the firewall settings?
