missing required file

My brother and I just tried to play Red Alert 3 coop and upon trying to launch from REVORA got this message reading "Missing required file "ssleay32.dll"." hoping there is a way to fix.

How can that red Alert 3 play on two computers onlie? Because one computer is ithon and the other is grandparents.
