i try to log in, but it says email is invalid

its the right email, tried 5 times. i spelled it right

You need to set up your server account from the C&C:Online web site (log in with your credentials from these forums). See C&C:Online User Guide (Get Started With C&C:Online).

I'm 100% sure that it's the correct one but whenever I try to log into cnconline (the website) I get this:

• The username or password supplied is not valid.

You need to set up a "server account"  ON the account you're using.    You have not done that yet.    Please see "Getting Started" in here; C&C:Online User Guide
