When I try to connect to other players it says "waiting for probe response" and stuff like that, and then it says cannot connect to other players

I am using Origin and I am on Windows 10

My %TEMP% is:

----- C&C:Online Launcher Start -----
Game: Zero Hour
Zero Hour Install Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\
ERROR: CreateProcess() failed to start C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\generals.exe. Error: The requested operation requires elevation.

ERROR: Unable to launch Zero Hour

I tried using Static Ip, Port Forwarding, Ultimate Collection Launcher... but none have worked

help me plzzz!!

Right, the first thing is that you shouldn't be using the C&C:Online launcher to launch Zero Hour. Install GenTool and then start the game from its ordinary shortcut. That may not be the immediate cause of the problem but it's certainly not going to help.

Try launching like that and if you're still experiencing the same issue, please report back.

Yes.     Are you telling me that that has not helped?     You might also set the compatibility of the game to Win XP SP3.     Please try that and report back.

Did you run the game as Administrator? Anyway, looks like you need to use Port Forwarding or to set your computer as the DMZ. I suggest that you use a DMZ if nobody else is playing games on your home network. You will have to google your modem to see how to do that.
