As I mentioned over FaceBook, the problem is not at your end. The problem is with your internet provider, TM Net. That provider blocks TCP port 6667 (peer chat), which these games need. That has been the case, even during the gamespy era. Your options are to change provider or to use a VPN. You should be able to find a free VPN easily (closer to you is better) but some are better than others so you might have to try a few. Google for one in your local area.

See this post for some options.

I guess you're using the C&C:Online launcher, which you shouldn't use for Generals or Zero Hour. You should uninstall that if you don't want to play the other games and install GenTool. Once you've done that, you just start the game normally (from its ordinary short cut).

This is a different issue.

Please could you try to log in and then post in here immediately afterwards. I just need you to do that to get an IP4 IP address from you so I can see if the problem is with your provider.

Sorry, yes i had an issue with launch. but did some reading and i could launch now. But now i couldnt connect to the server and found the issues at the topic just now. I have followed a few of the tips here but i think its still related to the failed connection.

Currently using the origin ultimate collection. I have forwarded port at 16000 udp.

My time is gmt 8.00++ so might be hard for us to communicate effectively.
