I use ultimate collection on origin.

 

I get the "could not connect to the backend server". The time is 19:00 CEST. Sweden 

 

I use windows 10 latest updates. 

 

I have disabled all my antivirus programs.

I have hooked RA3

 

I have tested different online both the one on revora c&c and origin.
