hi and many thanks for yur help at the first try i did connect to C&C i loged in see rooms 1v1 2v2 3v3 4v4 but no one was playing so i come out (after alittle waiting) but since second try its says cannot connect to  c&C genelas zero hour online and i dont know what to do

 

i re instaleed zero hour and revora 2 times but still the same problem

i didnt touch my antivirus or firewall or anything! i have kasperksy antivirus and windows 7

Don't use the launcher!   It can cause many problems in Generals and Zero Hour.

 

Install GenTool and then launch the game from its ordinary short cut.       Do that and then let me know if you still have problems.

ok i thouht gentool and revora are the same!ok i did it but still got that error let me post the picture

Are you using Windows 10?    If so can you open Windows PowerShell (type PowerShell at the start menu) and in the window type and enter

Test-NetConnection peerchat.server.cnc-online.net -port 6667

Then post the output in here.

i wrote in the biginning im using windows 7. so i cant do the rest

 

i once again reinstalled the game and gentool but no change

What day was it you were last able to connect?     It looks like your IP address has changed during the course of the day today and I expect that connections through those two IP addresses have a port blocked by your provider (TCP port 6667), which you need to connect online.         I wonder if you were using a different address when you were able to connect, but I will check.

 

If I am right, I think you may be best using a VPN.     If it comes to that, I can recommend one used by another player in your location.

yesterday night  or maybe 1 am today because when u my gamereplays problem got solve yesterday at night i tried to play! i logged in so a few people where there but no rooms in 1v1  i think i even get (another version erorr too) so i come back and checked the solutions, it was saying u should use compabality windows xp service pack 3 but that was it when i tried to log in again to see the results  it said caanot connect and whatever i did this problem didnt resolved

 

 whole my experience has not become 1 day

We worked out that the problem was caused by Kaspersky AV blocking the peer chat port.

that problem by exiting the antivirus solved but it still says cannot connect to other players when i want to start the game and the solution he said in the topic didnt help any how

Please could you run the connection test in How to Report Issues and post the result in here.

unfortunately the result is not copy pate able because its in the dos box and as soon as it push any key it disappears but the image of it i sent to you

That's a good result. It could be the AV again. Were you able to connect to people last night?

no noone had a room last night,  i exited the AV completely but still cant join others

You might have to try setting up a DMZ (or port forwarding). Is anyone else using your internet connection to play games?

ok maybe sometimes my brother with his own pc plays dota i dont know exactly what is dmz?

just one thing to clearify i unistalled c&c launcher because u said its useless does it can create a problem

i reinstalled C&C Online and tried again but noo outcome

 

i tried with my brother pc and again the same problem so something serious is here

I will link someone in here from your part of the world who has had similar problems to you and cured them using a VPN.

but most of the problems are so;ved with good reasons but the last thing is not solved is there ant other way why i have such bad luck

 

 

i really prefer anyway than using vpn. using vpn is very hard and my pc is weak and using vpn adds alot of delays literraly i dont want to use vpn !! can we make tempoprary dmz that when i want to play activate it play it then deactivate it till my brother plays dota?

i even used another connection but the same problem

 

its a biggggg wonder when i hotpointed my brother phone to check the the problem my AV was on but logged in and only reached to cannot connect to other players error but when i switched off my wifi and came back to my lan suddly could not log in!!! how come wifi connection by passed AV?
