Hi, I have this problem with the game, once I managed to get it started but how do I put the data telling me it did not find an account with my data, now instead of this error, can you help me?

You need to set up your "server account". You should read this (under getting started); C&C:Online User Guide. It should only take a couple of minutes to set up.
