You have already made this name online, so you don't need to have it approved here (please see the forum rules, above). If you are having a problem getting online with the name, you need to make a new topic in the C&C:Online Support Forum. We did not save Zero Hour stats, if you think you have some old ones on that account. Those stats are usually stored on you local machine, so if you still have the computer you used to play under gamespy, you might have them on there. I suggest that you save the directory
Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data\GeneralsOnline
We might be able to restore the stats later (no promises though).
