I am new to the C&C online system and I would like to play Red Alert 3 with a friend. I made an account, downloaded the launcher, and have a copy of Red Alert 3 and Red Alert 3 Uprising through Origin on Windows 8.1. However, when I go to launch the game through the C&C Online lancher, it returns with an error that says "Missing required file ssleay32.dll" I know this means files are missing, or something similar, but am unsure how to fix this, and my friend has the same error with the same setup, only Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Update, we managed to figure out how to get connected through the hook option in the menu, but now when I host a game it keeps telling us that either the connection failed or that it is taking too long and to wait or kick the player. I know it is not our internet because we can easily play other games online. Thanks again for any help!
