Hello,

 

I followed the instructions, I created an account and downloaded the C&C online program. When I try to log in with the account to play Red Alert 3 online, it says that the online id is already in use, or that the account already exists. 

I am pretty sure that I type in the right password and the right account, because if i try a wrong name/password it says that the account or the password is wrong.

 

Can somebody help me?

What nick name were you trying to use? Maybe someone already owns it or it was a gamespy nick name.

Actually, the log shows that you were not entering a nick name at all at times. You should have a look at this, which tells you (or shows you) what you need to enter when you log into the game; C&C:Online User Guide
