Hello,

 

I followed the instructions. I have created an account and downloaded the C&C online program.

 

When I try to log in with the account to play Red Alert 3 online, it says that the online id is already in use, or that the account already exists. 

 

I am sure im typing the right information.

 

How can i fix this?

The log from today shows that, when you are logging in, you are not entering your nick name (just your email address and password), which I think you intended to be Krain.   It looks from the log like you were leaving that field blank.    On one occasion, when you filled that field, you wrote  1000422592 , which is the profile ID of the Krain nick name.    By doing that, you created 1000422592  as a nick name.
