Could you try switching off Windows Firewall (for all types of connection ) temporarily to see if that is causing the issue. That looks like the most likely suspect at the moment.

i already switched off the Firewall at all the time, my time zone is UTC+08:00

OK Please check that the IP address shown in Options->Settings->Network is an address on the network you use to connect to the internet (probably 192.168 or 10. something).   I am afraid that connection problems between players will not show in the log (those connections go directly between the players and the server never sees them).
