Failed to receive any pings fromnntest.cnc-online.net:40000.

It appears your router and/or connection is not capable of NAT negotiation.

==> You will need to use port forwarding and possibly configure a static port.

Could you remove the portforwards and set up the DMZ again then run the test and post the result from that?

Can you tell me what DMZ settings you applied?    Please open a command prompt, type IPCONFIG and then post the output in here?

So you've got the DMZ set to 192.168.254.150? Is that set by the IP address or the MAC address?

Can you go Options->Settings->Network and tell me what (if any) IP address is showing?    Could you check that there is an exception for RA3 in Windows Firewall.    Installing the game ought to have created that but that might not have happened if you made an unconventional installation.       Do you have any anti-virus running?

I meant Options->Settings->Network on the main menu of the game. Could you try again with the anti-virus disabled?
