I'm getting the error Missing file ssleay32.dll.  I am running Windows 10.  I think it's the normal game it just won't laugh.  I have steam but I'm just opening this through CNC online download.

 

The error occurs as soon as I laugh and click RA3.

The answer to that is in the Common Issues and Solutions thread. Anyway, I have sent you a PM with a different solution which we're testing. If anyone else wants that solution to try, please make your own topic and post your error log.
