Hello, I'm new here and excited to have found the Revora Creative Network. I've never played C&C 3 online before and wanted to try out a few of my personally created maps, solo against the AI, to see if they work online before challenging anyone. So, I joined to play one of my Kane's Wrath maps but the server keeps returning the error "You need a non-observer human player to start the game", after setting up and pressing Play. Can someone please tell my what this means - I thought I qualified as a 'non-observer human player', lol. Also I'd like to know if I can play with my personally created maps...any help would be appreciated - Hi-Calibre

You've never been able to play online without two human players. You will have to test your map in skirmish mode or find someone to help you. Sorry. You might find someone to help you here; https://www.gamerepl...?showforum=3825

Oh, that's alright, I just didn't know. But it is okay to play with others on my own maps right? Or is their an evaluation process or grading system that looks at them for fairness, balance etc. before using them? Just let me know and I'll comply with any rules regarding custom maps. Thank you for your quick reply ToxicShock.

You can play with other people on your own maps, of course you can.   Obviously, if your maps give one of the players an unfair advantage and you don't tell them, we might treat that as cheating but I'm sure that's not what you meant.

Of course, I take pride in my work being fair and balanced and usually a little more than just a straight duel fest. That's why I wanted to test it online to make sure it's not too much for the internet crowd. Anyways, I'll probably just leave a spot open for a player and see how it goes. Thanks for your help again and your link - HC
