Hi,

 

First, great work, thank you very much.

But I've one problem with the stats.

When I play a game it gets tracked in the stats, but when I close kw and start it again the stats are gone?

 

Can you help me?

Do you get a stats warning when you start a game? The game will record victories but if they do not update to the server, they will be lost next time you log in.

If that continues to happen, you should try re-installing your game.

No I don't get a warning.

But I think only non ranked games don't get logged.

As you can see 1on1 gets logged.

 

But a curious problem is, that after every finished game I see my stats and get back into the lobby, then after 3 seconds I get kicked from the server (connection lost) and I've to log into online access again.

 

Another problem is, that the stats get logged, but not detailed, more than a half of the stats are missing:

but why I can't see ingame?

in game I've 6 1on1 ranked

and 1 2on2 ranked

 

on the stats website I have

5 1on1 ranked
1 1on1 not ranked

1 2on2 ranked

 

the webiste is correct

 

why the game counts not ranked as ranked?

The game will count a game that was played as ranked but which (for whatever reason) is not treated as ranked as ranked until the next time you log in.
