Whenver I try to launch Red Alert 3 from the C and C launcher it doesn't do anything for a bit and then will open the game. It then comes up with an error saying "CA Public Key Patching Routine Failed". I already tried the fix of changing compatibilty to Windows XP, which does this the exact same thing. Wondering if there's another fix if possible.
