i register me on ( https://www.cnc-online.net/de/ ) but i dont become the verified e-mail to activate my account there, ToxicShock activate me here that i can open a topic (thank you) for this problem.

Hi Again. I had to delete your profile from the server database. Please could you try to log into the C&C:Online web site (use your credentials from here). If we are lucky, that should copy your account over from here and you should be able to log in and set up your server account.

God damn it! Can you try again. I deleted the profile again. It successfully copied you to the database last time, for some reason without your email. Do you mind trying again?

maybe delet the full account and try an other e-mail adress?

Yeah, I am guessing that that might be easier, if you don't mind doing that. If you create a new account with a new email address, I can change the name to xKennyx once it is all working (if you want).

I've done that. Please could you check that everything works. All of the xKenny2x log in details should remain unchanged. Please could you make a new nick name for in game too. You've not done that yet so I can't check whether that is working properly.

hello, it looks that´s everything work tank you, only one thing is wrong, my login name on webside and forum is the old login name but when i log in it shows the new one , but its ok everything is fine so , thank you very mutch for your help

I have same issue, when I try to Log in to https://cnc-online.n.../connect/login/

 

I get: 

• The username or password supplied is not valid

 

I am told to log in with the same credentials i use for Revora Forums,  which works fine.  

 

What Can I do ?

Is this still happening? It can sometimes take a short while to update when you create a new account. Your account is in the server database now though and fully activated.
