How do I get the other AI factions to build forts in Skirmish. Only Men AI build multiple ones. Within 20 minutes they will have about 3 forts done fully equipped but other AI factions don't do that. Once in a while they'll build a battle tower out in the middle of nowhere if the battle goes on long enough but it usually gets knocked down.  They just go in numbers. 

 

The Men AI are fascinating especially if you set them as your ally and watch how fast they take over the map.

 

Anyway to get other factions to do that too? Any reasons why only men can build other forts?  Is it a glitch by EA games as even patch 1.09 doesn't fix it.  I'd like a nice discussion on this glitch/bug please?

Did I word this question badly?  Why is no one responding? Is this site dead now?  My problem still remains how to get other AI factions to build multiple forts?

Hey hey, seems the place isn't very active indeed, since well the game is very old. I'm looking for the same info and i found the tutorial mentioned above but kinda didn't do it properly, because i ended up with fort getting built and economy plots getting built but no base was built.

 

Imma have another go at it  for sure, if you find something out, share here pls, i'll do the same.

I'm now stuck on editing existing bases, the damn edits won't show up in game and i'm pretty certain i followed all the instructions in regards to lower case sensitivity, where you put files etc..... but as soon as i edit something and then repackage Bases.big the AI refuses to build anything....
