I just found out about CNC online from a friend and I've had the game through origin for a couple years now. I have Windows 10, Origin (with Ultimate Collection). I looked through the common issues post and tried some of them (setting compatibility mode to XP Service Pack 2). I still haven't been able to get this to work. All it read when i try to sign in is that "Could not connect".

Heres the %TEMP% log thing.

Also forgot to mention, the links to the special launcher for Ultimate Collection is either down or just not working anymore. Bibbers Website is the name of it

I suspect that the problem is not at your end. The problem is with your internet provider, I think.   I think your university blocks TCP port 6667 (peer chat), which these games need.    You could see if they will unblock the port, use a different provider or to use a VPN. You should be able to find a free VPN easily (closer to you is better) but some are better than others so you might have to try a few. Google for one in your local area.

See this post for some options.
