RA3 CA public key patching routine failed

Greetings,

 

Game Version: Normal Steam Version

 

Problem: It shows "CA public key patching routine failed" if I start the game from the launcher. If I start the game from Steam, it will only shows I am in game on Steam for a second and then back to nothing (Neither the launcher or game will start in this case). The game will start if I unhook RA3 from the launcher.

 

PC Config: Windows 8.1 Chinese Version (64 bit)

                    i7-4710HQ @2.50GHz

                    16 GB RAM

                    GTX 860M

                    Kaspersky as Anti-Virus

 

Error Log:

Note:
"仅完成部分的" means "Only complete part of"
"或" means "or"
"请求" means "request"
