Why is that command even available for that tank,furthermore in the faction unit page it doensnt say anything about it being invisible to radar,what kind of purpose does it serve?

its radar invisible cuz u point the radar dish up not down

 

and the bulldog is down

Because that was supposed to be its special ability and it never got removed after Bulldog was given its secondary weapon. Can't say whether it's an oversight or not.

thats explain why eva wont says we are under attack  when bulldogs attack i think i notice in on some alstar game but i can't be wrong about whole thing it need to be check better.
