Steam Version, up to date, Windows 10, no hook checkmark but issue seems to have come about trying to launch C&C online. Following errors were stated. Could not write value Debugger to key\Software\Microsoft\Windows\NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\generals.exe (followed by same extension with CNC3.exe, CNC3EP1.exe, RA3.exe the cnconline_log didn't have anything in it. Odd thing I can launch it and though it doesn't show I  have it hooked it works but I can't use the wrath mod launcher to launch the one vision mod and play online with a friend.

• The title should contain the game you are having issues with. Example: [GENERALS] Login issue.
• What version of the game are you using (Normal, The Ultimate Collection, The First Decade; are you on Origin, are you on Steam)?
• What kind of error do you get and at what time? Be as precise as possible!
• What operating system are you using? (Windows 8, Vista, etc)
• Your error log file. This can be found by typing %TEMP% into your Windows search bar. The file you need is called CNCOnline_Log.txt. You may upload it into your post or copy and paste its contents.

Meh.   First thing to do is to disable your anti-virus then uninstall the launcher and try to install it again.     If you still get that error, let me know and I'll send you a different solution.

Turned off all anti virus software, same issue persisted.
