I have disabled anti-virus. Set to compat mode, set to run as admin. I have tried everything.

I did notice there's a small message box window behind the "CNC3 has stopped working" window.
What does that say? To get a better idea what might be going on if that's maybe related to the game.

Working now. ya'know I seen the Dx9 thing on the news and everything. Didn't even think to check -_-

For anyone else looking at this fix. My settings are now:
All applications running on standard settings ( no xp mode, no administrator ), Antivirus is able to be activated.
The beta version 18 of AMD drivers do work, however I was finding that while playing matches textures would disapper. Rolling back to the 17.11 AMD drivers works without any issues:

i also cant launch the game and i have looked everywhere. when i launch the game it gives me a message : error expection in expection handler
please if someone can help
