[Almighty!]

(Lost account: Almighty_Skies) In need help, I forgot my password for my game server account I tried to enter the cnc online website to change it with my revora account, but i cant- it says wrong password but yet it works on revora.

I create a new account i try to log in on red alert it says "The specified Online ID or account name is already in use"

 

I wait a day to try to re-enter with new account same error "The specified Online ID or account name is already in use"

 

Created another same error "The specified Online ID or account name is already in use"

 

What can i do to resolve this problem

Which user name are you using to log in to the site?   You appear to have more than one account.   This is your other user name AlmightySkies

Revora its Almighty! and game tag is Almight_Skies

Can you just confirm that you are attempting to log into the site using,

 

user name:    Almighty!

 

Password:    {The password you used to log into these forums recently}

Yes I can confirm I log out of revora and log back tried the same password on cnc online and still gives "The username or password supplied is not valid."

By cnc online, do you mean the web site or a game?

I think I see the problem.   I stress *think*.   There may be a character set problem with your user name.     Could you try again now?

same here... lost the password changed thru here, and can log on.. not the game

You use a different password to log into the game. That is your "Server Password" that you set on the C&C:Online website. If will not have changed when you change your password here.
