[SPACE.KOI]

Dear admins,

 

I have now 3 accounts here: SPACE.KOI (nickname bugged), SpaceKoi and Space-Koi (alerady existing), finally impairing to login-in. Coiuld you please be so kind and rename my account SPACE.KOI so it works? You can see all accounts have the same passwords ;-)

Unfortunately my mind is good but short. Forgot password, lost sheet of paper (the kids shred it  ;-) ). The created more accounts, and now not able to play anymore.

 

Please let me know how to proceed.

Errrrg.      Which account do you want to use?       The error you are getting relates to the "nick name" (i.e. online ID) and not your account name, which do not have to be the same.

If you want to change your forum account password, I can do that for you.    If you mean your in game password, you can change or view that yourself from the C&C:Online web site.   This will tell you more; C&C:Online User Guide.
