Is there a mod that "ports", so to speak, the BFME II campaigns into RotWK so that players take advantage of new units etc? Forgive my ignorance if this isn't feasible and is a silly question.

Yeah I've done that at some point. It's relatively easily possible, as far as I know, but it's intertwined with some other mod I made so I can't just give the map mods to you, but I can PM you the entire "mod" which includes some balancing changes and whatnot me and my brother play with.
I also modified the campaign maps with some other little script and unit fixes, but nothing creative again, just stuff like adding upgrades to Elven units on Dwarven missions etc.
