When I try intall the launcher it says "could not write value debugger to key\software\microsoft\windowsNT\currentversion\image File exection options\RA3.exe. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel". Not sure what it means or what to do.

This is origin ultimate collection edition, my pc is windows 7 64 bit. Then later it wouldn't let me hook my games.

There is a possibility that your anti-virus program may be acting too overly protective.
Can you please double check again after temporary disabling the anti-virus?
Also, make sure the setup is ran as Administrator.
