Hello there, i have the problem, that i can't connect to the Tiberium Wars Server, every time i type in my Login data it tells me "Could not connect to the backend Server".

The "Unable to connect to backend server" error message you've seen happened after the game tried to connect to the original Gamespy server, which no longer exists.
That's basically how hooking works. 
Once you've hooked C&C3, close the launcher. Then start the game through shortcut, steam or origin.
It should open C&C: Online Launcher instead, this indicates the Hook function is doing it's thing.
To the left, click on C&C3/Tiberium Wars and it should run as it should.
Let us know if there's still problems.

Okay so far this hooking worked, but now i get a new message saying "The transaction timed out before receiving a response.".

Solution: This usually happens when you're logging in with your old nickname (the one used on GameSpy). You'll have to make a claim here to get that back. We do this avoid impersonation. In the meantime, use a different nickname.

Appears to be technical difficulties.

Well i myself never played under this name while GameSpy still was a thing, but maybe someone else.

Na, it's a server side problem.
I can't login either.
Have to wait for the server to be restarted.
