12.0 is the number of posion. Unfortunetly you cant make the syringe infinite. The only trick I have in mind is create a knife with syringe animation, and make spy able to use knife. Also need add the syringe animation in the knife anim of the espia.ani. The only problem will be that you will see knife cursor instead of syringe, and not able to tie, only kill.
